I found out today I won runner up in the Elizabeth Berg / Boswell Books creative nonfiction essay contest on the topic of reunions. Berg read from her newest novel “The Last Time I Saw You,” which is all about a high school reunion. Berg signed some of her books for me and the first place winner read her essay to the audience. An excellent time! Thanks to Daniel at Boswell for organizing.
